Overview
Dynamic Interaction Manager is a new feature that will help you strategize and organize your digital customer journeys from start to finish. You’ll be able to drag and drop user interactions, communication, services, business logic, and more to map and manage your digital processes with ease. Dynamic Interaction Manager will replace the Workflow Manager in a gradual rollout starting in April 2025.

What will change?
Dynamic Interaction Manager will become the new place to manage and strategize your digital customer journeys (replacing the Workflow Manager). In addition, some enhancements will be made to supporting modules like Transaction Logs and Analytics. The rest of the Builder will stay the same.
Why are we doing this?
We aim to increase digital process visibility, maximize efficiency, and improve the Builder’s user experience. Dynamic Interaction Manager will make it easier to strategize and organize your customer journeys so you can answer more complex use cases.
What action is required of me?
If you’re subscribed to “auto-update,” your production server will update automatically; otherwise, you must update it manually. We recommend joining an upcoming webinar or Academy course on Dynamic Interaction Manager to learn everything there is to know about this new feature and workflow.
Will my digital processes be affected?
No, your digital processes will not be affected. After the update, you can access and manage your digital processes from the Dynamic Interaction Manager.
Will my data be affected?
No, your data will not be affected.
When will the Dynamic Interaction Manager be released?
We will begin a gradual rollout in April 2025.
How do I access this feature?
You will be able to access the Dynamic Interaction Manager by clicking on the Interaction Manager tab inside the Builder.
Will this feature update automatically?
Yes, the Builder will update automatically. If you are not subscribed to “auto-update,” you will be asked to update the server manually.
Will there be downtime?
Yes, downtime is planned during the rollout. Be on the lookout for a separate email outlining the details.
