    Rollout Plan

Starting May 25, EasySend will launch a new version of the Workflow Manager in our Builder platform.

New customers will have access only to the new Workflow Manager. Existing customers can choose to continue using the current version or switch to the new version.

    Important!
Regardless of the choice, all existing digital processes will continue to run under the current version until further notice.

On August 1, the current version of the Workflow Manager will be officially retired. At that point:

    • All digital processes, new and existing, will be automatically migrated to the new Workflow Manager.
    • Customers still using the old version will be transitioned to the new one.

Between May 25 and August 1, EasySend will provide guidance, training materials, an online academy course, and support to ensure a smooth transition.

We are carefully testing the migration process, saving backups, and taking every precaution to ensure that no existing digital processes will be damaged.
