    What is the Interaction Manager?

    The Interaction Manager helps you map and visualize the digital processes you create using EasySend. It provides an intuitive interface containing all the building blocks of a digital process, allowing you to efficiently organize, navigate, and refine your workflows.

    The Interaction Manager is integrated with EasySend's Builder platform, serving as the central hub for creating, refining, and managing digital processes:

    • Process Configuration - the Interaction Manager links directly to EasySend’s tools for configuring inputs, outputs, validations, and dynamic logic. You can set up conditions, dependencies, and workflows for a fully customizable process.
    • Component Accessibility - the Interaction Manager connects to all key components, including Webflow, Models, Integrations, and Services, allowing you to adjust design, data handling, and integrations without manually switching between modules.
    • Team Collaboration - the Interaction Manager serves as a shared workspace for multiple contributors, offering a visual roadmap that makes it easier to align team efforts and track progress.

    After creating a new digital process, click the Interaction Manager tab (1) to display it.
