Overview

EasySend is a no-code platform for building web-based customer interactions and is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for its customers and partners. EasySend recognizes data security as a top priority and maintains a robust multilayered defense framework to meet all security requirements, including product security architecture and strategy, ongoing vulnerability management, security incident response policies, Risk Assessment and Audit, and Security Awareness training. Our company conducts frequent risk assessments, maintains high levels of security, and stays up to date on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities.

EasySend delivers a comprehensive baseline security offering with solutions that can meet the demands of most enterprise businesses; however, companies with higher security requirements may request additional extended add-on choices, tailored to their unique needs. 

EasySend Policies

EasySend takes significant security measures to protect its customers' data at all levels, including policies, hardware, application, implementation, and platform.

To secure our data and computer assets' confidentiality, integrity, and availability, we employ a designated information security officer and require all EasySend employees and approved contractors worldwide to follow the company's Information Security Policy. EasySend also trains all of its employees in security knowledge and awareness.

Security is being monitored constantly by our team, and any security incident is reported to the relevant security teams of our customers within 24 hours.

We maintain comprehensive compartmentalization of the various development and product environments (environment tiers are completely separated - development, staging, QA, and production).

In addition, customers may also require yearly security activities, which may include mailing questionnaires, conducting pen tests, and other security measures based on their specific needs.

On top of maintaining our policies and procedures, EasySend complies with internationally recognized privacy and data regulations standards, including SOC2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR, to ensure our customer’s data protection.

EasySend adheres to the well-recognized information security and privacy standards and is audited annually by recognized regulatory agencies. Compliance with these standards ensures that our customers' sensitive data is protected by rigorous security measures.

The EasySend platform's architecture is designed first and foremost to protect sensitive data using network separation, strict access permissions, and multiple layers of encryption.
