Advanced Setup (Optional)

The quick setup includes three sections:
- Create the Integration (1)
- Assign Permissions (2)
- Update Page Layouts (3)

Set Up Defaults
(See Figure 2)
The first section allows you to define filtering options of EasySend processes set when initiating processes from Salesforce.
- Which EasySend processes can be sent:
- all processes
- Specific processes according to a selected business group or specified by selection
- Default Business Group and Process - defines the process, within the selected business group, that will appear by default when preparing to send an EasySend link
- Default Sender Role - defines the role of the sender
- Hide customer link:
- When toggle to On - hides the link of the process from the sender
- When toggle to Off - the link of the process is visible

Object Configuration
(See Figure 3)
The second section allows you to configure additional standard and custom objects to include the EasySend app in addition to the four standard objects (Account, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity).

Configure Personal Details Sources
(See Figure 4 and Figure 5)
The third section allows you to configure email and phone number sources for each relevant Salesforce object. The information will pre-populate the Email and Phone Number fields when sending a new process.
